At McKenzie Friends UK Support Ltd, we provide practical, affordable support for individuals navigating legal proceedings without a solicitor. We assist with a range of legal matters, while specialising in family law cases such as child arrangements, financial disputes and domestic abuse applications.

While we cannot act as solicitors or provide formal legal representation, we can assist with preparing documents, understanding court procedures, organising evidence and providing support during hearings.

Pay As You Go Hourly Support
A flexible option for clients who need occasional guidance or assistance with specific aspects of their case. This may include reviewing documents, answering procedural questions, or helping you prepare for hearings.
Assistance with Completing Court Forms
We help ensure court forms are completed correctly, clearly and with the necessary information required by the court before submission.
C79 Enforcement Application and Hearing Support
If a court order has not been followed, we assist with preparing a C79 enforcement application and can provide support during the hearing.
C100 Form Assistance
The C100 form is commonly used in family law cases to apply for child arrangements or other orders. We help you complete the form accurately and ensure the relevant information is included.
Position Statements
A position statement summarises your case and your requests to the court before a hearing. We help draft clear, structured statements that highlight the key points the judge needs to understand.
Form E Support/Review
For financial proceedings, we support with completion or review of your Form E to ensure your financial disclosure is complete, organised and clearly presented.
ES1 / ES2 Preparation
We assist with preparing ES1 and ES2 financial documents used in court hearings to ensure financial information is presented clearly.
CAFCASS Review
We review CAFCASS reports with you, helping you understand the recommendations and identify key points to address during the hearing.
Preparation of Court Bundle and Exhibits

Consent Order Creation
If both parties reach an agreement, we assist with drafting a consent order for submission to the court so the agreement can become legally binding.
Court Hearing Support
Attending court can be stressful and having experienced support can make the process easier to manage.
Half Day Court Support – Support during shorter hearings including note-taking, organisation of documents and quiet guidance during the proceedings.
Full Day Court Support – Support throughout longer hearings, ensuring you remain organised and prepared throughout the day.
Remote Hearing Support – If your hearing takes place online, we provide remote assistance to help you stay organised and confident during the hearing.
Non-Molestation Order Assistance
We assist with preparing applications for non-molestation orders, ensuring the necessary information and supporting details are clearly presented to the court.
Occupation Order Assistance
We support clients in preparing occupation order applications and ensuring the circumstances and requested outcomes are clearly explained.
Full Case Management and Ongoing Support
